The question was see if you would reprimand the associate up to and including termination.
I would absolutely reprimand the associate and make sure it was paid for, as well as let the associate know, that there is no room for a cheating team member. Explaining how one action like that if it was to spread like a virus to other team members, and the entire team pays in the long run. Much like a football team, all it takes is one person on an 11 man team to commit a personal foul....yet the entire team pays the price. There is zero tolerance for stealing and or committing personal selfish fouls against the hand that feeds us all!
I would tell them that is a unacceptable action even if they told me after. That can not happen again. Thank you for telling me the truth. In the future you need to pay prior to consumption of our merchandise.
This isn't a particularly hard question, but it's one I find people generally aren't prepared for and it's definitely a harder question to BS if you're caught off guard. A quick interviewee can usually make up something if asked about their strengths, weakness, or a time they did such and such but if you know nothing about the product this question will show your interviewer that. Also, be prepared to put together an outfit, most interview include some sort of on the floor "activity" so it's best to be familiar with that particular store layout as well. Really we're looking to hire our customers, people that know and can represent our brand. Keep that in mind and you should do fine.
What if you never have worn their clothing?
Even if you haven't worn the clothing, if you're seriously wanting a job with the company you need to familiarize yourself with the brands and styles, not only is a a huge consideration in the hiring process but it will be vital to doing your job should you get hired.
Not answering questions as cliche as the type that Konami Gaming asks!
I am glad you decided to work for konami apparently no one else does. Please let us know how miserable you are here.
Our headcount was on the rise in 2012 when these answers were posted and has risen dramatically in the last year. Our new award winning state-of-the-art campus will soon run out of room and our customer service team is now running 24/7. Apparently quite a few people actually work here.
The question is lack of creativity. It shows that interviewer did not have any time to prepare for the interview, or it's a relaxing part of his / her day. This leaves the interviewee a bad taste, and if they have other better options, this employer may not get the top talent.
Assembling a wine list for a business requires you to be involved with the establishment. As I was not working there and not intimately familiar with the menu or clientele, I felt that my answer was somewhat generic.
let me tell you how you would build a list for HOB and Foundation Room, you dont! They do it at a corporate level for $ kick-backs and send you an email with your mandated wines. you dodged a bullet, working for them was fun except for the lack of creative free range allowed at any level.
I just saw you on the internet , and I really need a job , for any position I have no problem , and I really appreciate you if I get a good position in your company , which makes me want to come to work in your company is , because I need some jobs
