I went through all the raw data provided, which was just the right amount and excellent quality, to gain a better understanding of the users and use cases. I also watched the product demo to familiarize myself with the current experience and feature set. Based on the data and video knowledge, I created a PowerPoint presentation following the outline they provided, which was similar to my preferred structure. In the presentation, I used the data to support my hypotheses and provided several product idea options, allowing them to choose the path that interested them the most. Overall, I used a combination of data-driven insights and my own product expertise to create a compelling and engaging presentation. Less

There were no mysterious or key questions. The interview consisted of a friendly open, honest conversation about my past accomplishments and experience. The hiring manager and I talked for about 35 minutes as he conveyed the position details and explained what was expected. One of the standard questions is to give an example of how you manged a particularly difficult situation with a given project, resource or vendor.
