How do you prioritize multiple assignments from different people?

I took a test on the computer where there were a series of legal terms I needed to know. There was also scenario-based questions about prioritizing work and in what order I would do this, with no other details. Question was something like what would you do first? Deal with the Subpoena just delivered, work on brief, file Summons and Complaint. Less

Deadlines are the general rule. Exception is, if high dollar amount, do first.

If, after doing all that I can, I still have competing projects, I ask the "assigners" of the projects to talk amongst themselves and come to a consenses on who can adjust their deadline, etc. Less
what is your temperament and what are your weaknesses?? I was also asked whether i had other qualifications other than an LLB Degree.

i didn't know the four classifications of temperaments at the time. So I said am generally a happy person. As for weakness, my passion for work. And other than LLB, i was not a CPS/CPA holder. Less

“I hoped you wouldn't ask if I am OK with being repeatedly shouted at and made to work crushingly long hours with no holiday (we were literally told by Oshio that the days off in the contract were "just on paper" and we were expected to "sacrifice" this time for the company).” For sure you’re not okay with it. I believe I am the appropriate candidate for this position because I've been working on personal injury for a little over 2 years. I know exactly the frustration of the client(s) in these situations, and I know the stressful enviroment as an employee, however, I believe that it is my job to explain the process of a claim from the beginning to the end to our client(s) to help avoid any misunderstandingd. I believe that instead of giving a client a time frame for their claim they one of my strongest qualities are making the client(s) feel comfortable no matter how long the process takes and tp ne consistent with their treatment. I have worked a file from opening claims to getting them ready for demand but I am more than willing to learn anything that is required from the firm. Whether it is negotations in medical bills. I am a quick learner and have worked 120+ files. If I am considered for an interview I would like to discuss further as why I believe I am a good candidate. Less
