I did research into their policies and procedures and presented those, saying I would draft a response to the question based on what I had found and any other previous similar situations for the attorney to review and also said I would ask how else they might want to follow up, but was told I never asked about next steps with the item being asked about which was a problem. Idk what else my answer could have possibly been other than resolving that without the help of the attorney, but even still I did ask how they would like to follow up. It seems really absurd to me that I could have responded so thoroughly, but it still wasn't clear enough for them, but that's my top tip. Good luck. Less

Hi, would you mind give more details about the assessment, please? Thanks in advance Less

To move to a more prestigious place.

Your answer to the interview question is hilarious! You don't go to KDV if you want "prestigious." There is nothing prestigious or professional about that place. I used to work in the Brentwood/Los Angeles office so I am well aware of what you had to deal with. I also met a couple of people from that office that are supposed to be in "charge." The place is laughable. If you didn't get an offer thank your lucky stars. Good luck in your search. Less

I know how to e-file, I'm good with clients and answering the phones, I finish any work I'm given, I can organize Redwell folders, I have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Office and Excel. Less

I'd walk the interviewer through highlights of my past legal positions.

Wrong and she laughed and explained the right answer

DON'T DO IT!! The people in that place will milk you for all it's worth and then dismiss you on a whim. The higher ups have no respect for or loyalty to employees (especially secretaries) who work themselves half dead to make them richer. Less
