Fairly intricate interview process relatively easily if you do your homework on the type of questions they ask second round is more situational based where as first round is more personality based just make sure to stand out essentially and be open and friendly and talk about how much you love fitness and stuff as well as people.
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
The first interview was conducted on Zoom in a group setting, followed by a second in-person one-on-one interview. The second interview took place while walking around the mall, with casual questions asked throughout.

Remote, behavioural based questions where they were looking for STARL responses. Interviewer was friendly and questions were posted in chat for accessibility which was very helpful! There was about 4-5 questions leaving space for me to ask questions at the end as well
