Received an invite to a group interview really quickly after submitting application, group interview was with one other person, did not hear back or get a second interview. From what I understand, group interview is first then a "sweat date" workout with lululemon, and then a one-on-one with the store manager.

lululemon is big on feedback, what is one example of a time you had to give feedback and one where you had to receive feedback?
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
The first interview was conducted on Zoom in a group setting, followed by a second in-person one-on-one interview. The second interview took place while walking around the mall, with casual questions asked throughout.

Remote, behavioural based questions where they were looking for STARL responses. Interviewer was friendly and questions were posted in chat for accessibility which was very helpful! There was about 4-5 questions leaving space for me to ask questions at the end as well
