The interview was probably under 4 minutes. Do you speak Spanish? No, which is a requirement on their website but not listed on the flyers the company sends out, so they are very misleading (take a long look at the photos). The atmosphere alone is dissuading and I question these stellar reviews. Less
I was asked one question about my experience. I have many years experience in regard to the area in question. Then I was asked if I knew what the company benefits are. That was about it. Then it was just awkward.

I answered it well.
The director provided a clinical vignette. It asked for what I should assess for, what treatments would I offer/suggest, and it asked for any ethical/law considerations.

Some of the questions in the vignette provided multiple choice answers but I had to explain why I selected my picks. For example, if a client was exposed to physical abuse you would assess for PTSD and such. Less

I have experience working with all age groups and cultural backgrounds. I’ve had the pleasure of treating children and families, children at schools, the elderly in home care, and the homeless adult population. My experience with every age group allows me the ability to work with any aged population effectively and efficiently. Less
