The questions are not standardised. They totally depend on the interviewee which in my case is the Executive Producer of the show. If I remember it correctly, the questions are more on - why do you apply for this job, what are your strengths and weaknesses, how do you see yourself 5 years from now, etc.

I was a fresh graduate that time, 6 years ago. I cannot remember exactly what I said but one thing is for sure, I answered in the "how do you see yourself 5 years from now" that I wanted to become the network's reporter which of course didn't happen because I left after almost 2 years of working laboriously with meager pay.
