Answer: during my first job at Sonic Drive-In, I was promoted to Crew Leader and had to delegate daily tasks to other co-workers to complete before the end of their shifts. One co-worker, however, did not like taking "orders" from me, for whatever reason. I maintained a professional attitude and did not engage him about his incompetence to follow-through with a simple task; instead, I reported the issue to my boss. The situation was taken care of shortly after and I did not have any further difficulty with this co-worker moving forward. Less
