I would ask the stakeholder the reasoning for the change suggested. If I feel the reasoning makes sense, then I shall definitely make the change. If it does not make sense, then I shall negotiate with the stakeholder to convince why the change is not required. If the stakeholder does not agree at all, then it means that the stakeholder is stubborn, so better to keep the stakeholder informed about the after effects of making the change and go forward. Less
