Although I was trying to stay on point and answer the question asked directly, you MUST pull information out of them (all the precepts, prior versions, prior user tests, existing product vs. discover phase of a new product, etc.) that you have to pull from. What would you tell a stakeholder who asked you to make a change that you did not recommend?

I would ask the stakeholder the reasoning for the change suggested. If I feel the reasoning makes sense, then I shall definitely make the change. If it does not make sense, then I shall negotiate with the stakeholder to convince why the change is not required. If the stakeholder does not agree at all, then it means that the stakeholder is stubborn, so better to keep the stakeholder informed about the after effects of making the change and go forward. Less

I spent a few hours reviewing their website and wrote up my analysis. It was a lot of work, but I would much rather demonstrate my actual skills as they relate to a position than be judged on my answers to tricky and possibly irrelevant questions. Less

The usual question regarding the background and what I have been working in the past.
Cant really say that I had anything to difficult or unexpected from a personal perspective. I tend to be pretty open and transparent, avoid saying what I think they want to hear. That makes it easier for me to answer questions, and it allows one to show up more authentically.
