While I have had great experiences in the past working with very professional colleagues who never displayed this kind of behavior, had it happened, I would have tried to help this colleague understand that there was a reason I was promoted and that my past experiences will be beneficial to the team as a whole and this individual as well. I was expecting very technical questions but did not get any questions i thought were hard. In retrospect, i think they expect you to be pretty smart after getting your mba from a top school. I think they were most interested in finding out if they liked you enough to work with you in a highly intense work environment where you are expected to do everything quickly and perfectly -- no fails allowed. Your resume and past experience is very important, you must have some solid accomplishments and prove it. Must be a quick thinker in the interview and don't show any weakness because this truly is a highly intense environment.

this is a coveted job for many, including myself, comming out of buisness school. My team started at 5:30 am and ended when we were done. But i was lucky that i rarely worked weekends. This is not for the faint of hear. Big egos. Big expectations. You must be perfect, imperfection is not tolorated. You need thick skin, and want to feel like you are a king of the world. It is an amazing world and an challenged learning experience. Most people leave after their initial contract expires. it will age you but for me it was worth it. Less

This one really is open to interpretation, the best way to deal with this type of question I found was using an example where a difference in opinion was the difficulty in question. Less

I worked at a GP surgery over summer, and had to gauge the gravity of a patient's problems over the phone before booking them an appointment. One patient was very reserved about disclosing any information over the phone, therefore I had to be sensitive to his situation and privacy whilst still gaining the necessary details in order to help him. I was able to deduce that it was safer to book him in for a urgent appointment than put him at potential risk. Less
