Without question! It's a strong testament to their commitment to real estate and moreso real estate in the greater Chicagoland marketplace! B&W knows Chicago! After 162+ years it also speaks to the fact they obviously are doing a number of things right...and to survive that long they are also obviously able to adapt to changing markets as well. Ownership is engaged and has the right priorities. Less
The most difficult topic was my commission. In an already stressed industry such as real estate, it was a hard pill to swallow giving half of my income back to the company. But I pushed through that because the reputable company name did in fact bring me more business by being associated with the national brand.
