I was employed as Professor by Apply to University of Kurdistan Hawler in early 2018. Must say that soon after my duties began, there came a tendency of overload from the side of incompetent, bullish style management. Well what to say if Vice Chancellor can not even make a clear English statement, but well has a dictatorship talents. When I tried to criticize that micromanagment treatment, I was fired within one day in a clear violation of the working contract. Later on I was asked to return residence card, the latter was outrageous, because I would not be able to leave the country (well, Kurdistan is even not a country, but they can make, if they want, huge problems to a foreigner) without residence card... I would quickly assess the tasks and prioritize them in order of importance. I would inform all involved that I have multiple items to complete and what order I would be completing them. I would explain that I know their item is important and I will do everything in my power to complete each item as quickly as possible while maintaining the accuracy needed to complete them properly.
