As I have past experience into the same industry, so I will not be a challenge to handle this role. Regarding customer handling, I believe... it depend on an individual how he take his responsibilities and justify his role. Regarding Product :: Every company is having there own product and it depend how you represent your company and show value of the product. Its all about USP of the product. One has to be clear, what are his target audience clients, where he has to go and in which industry client are dealing into and how you correlate it.
(customer) for making relationship with customer, to know the customer problem listen exactly what they want to say (50 to 70)% problem to be in question, and very important for making good relation to meet each customer individual. (Employee) for employee relation, we should make a amicable environment through our expression, friendly nature and through our talk (upper and lower) for good relation, we must listen the upper lower authority
Will at first try to figure out the reason of his/her non performance, will try to figure out his/her strengths & weakness. After figuring out his strengths and weaknesses, will give him tasks which he/she can perform well and will try to kep him/her away from distraction. I always believed that there is no human on earth who is not special, it needs the eye to find the best in her/him, once on board can't board the ship in the sea.
