How will your past experience translate to this job?

Answered with specific examples and loosly tied them to the job.

Just be yourself. Have an open mind and be willing to roll up your sleeves and get into a problem. If your work ethic is to "get the job done" by working together as a team, you will thrive here. Less

They asked if I could explain the difference between hardware and software.
1 Answers↳
I answered honestly in that I didn't have a lot of technical knowledge but I knew that software is what is used to run programs on a computer, and hardware is the mechanics of the computer itself. They seemed satisfied with this, although technical questions progressed from there and I wasn't the best fit for this job. Less

Q: If you bring a new idea to the table that you really believe in and it is turned down, how do you handle that? Rephrased as, are you a leader or a follower?
1 Answers↳
I typically take my idea to multiple people, in different positions first. If it is turned down, I listen to the reasons why it is being turned down and review my opinion on the idea. If waht I'm being told changes my view I might drop the idea or change it slightly. Or, if I still fully believe in my idea I continue to push for it. Less

Which of our core values do you identify with?
1 Answers↳
You'll want to research MX's core values on their website.

The questions were the standard personallity profile type questions for the screening interview and basic health insurance/project management questions. You'd better know your stuff or it will show during the interview. If you are good at what you do and have experience, then there is no reason to sweat.
