Very strange reply after clearing all the interviews rounds. Actually I have cleared all the interviews and even documents has been submitted. After some days Capgemini team email me that due to business constraints we are unable to proceed your profile. My question: why you didn't checked my profile and your budget constraints before scheduling my interview. Why you have wasted my time and interviewer time ?? This is not expected from MNC like Capgemini
