Being able to communicate with all ages is essential for this position. Importantly, being able to collaborate to provide real-time services on a strict timeline is necessary. The caseload can be balanced with whole group interventions, like reading to classes about social emotional learning or implementing PBIS, but overall is a full-time position. Less
My experience of this interview was to be mindful, prepared for any and all questions, be able to acknowledge if a question is difficult or not appropriate.

I felt that I answered all of them well. There really isn't a right answer. The question I left with in my head was, "Did my perceptions mesh with theirs?" Less
