I did well. But i lost in technical round. Actually, HR dint inform me it was a technical round. I thought it was a HR round and i didnt prepare much for technical. i was blown away. Later i started following the company for same profile. They have been posting the jobs for same profile in naukri,Monster etc. I applied and got acknowledgment mail too. When i called and enquired for same the recruitment team answer was terrible.They said"the positions are filled-up. The team which posted the job was unaware about this thing. Then i asked"but, i can see the job notification on ua career site too" she said"the positions might be filled from back-end". I don-no are they kidding or really recruiting from back door? Even now i can see job posted for same profile on Monster and naukri on 30th Sep 2015. I don't know they hire stupid. I have my classmates who dont even knowledge of drugs and minimum criteria about MS-office and all they are hired. The management should take this some what serious.
