I was asked if I thought I could handle the open environment, I answered yes that I had considered that before applying for the job and I felt fine with it. The response from them was that some people think they will be alright with the open environment but once they are in it they don't like it, So there really isn't a good answer for that question unless you have experience working in an open environment office. I felt they wanted someone with that type of office environment experience, I would recommend they post that as a desired quality on their job posting. I was also so pressed about being over qualified, which I am but I think I'm smart enough to figure out if I'm okay with that. Still trying to figure out why they even wanted me to come to an in person interview, unless of course they were fine with everything before they met me and realized my age. Less
