Considering it's a hospitality company, you would think the process would be more refined. Less


I was asked how I handle difficult team members or colleagues who do not handle change very well.

I described that I would try and understand why they felt that way (e.g., Did s/he have a difficult role in the past) and then I would choose my words wisely and empathize with that person(s). Less


Most of the interview consisted of them telling me about their organization. There was not much interest in looking at more portfolio during the first interview. I didn't feel they were really the right people to be conducting the interview. The second interview seemed to go well and the interviewer did show interest in seeing my portfolio but didn't ask much about my process, etc.
