Diversity is kind of a buzzword that large companies like due to fear of backlash. YAGER just isn't really there yet for diversity to be something they need to have publicly recognized. Also, to be fair, being ethnically diverse is just kind of an inherent thing of being born.. not exactly something you bring to a team in terms of skill, work ethic, etc. Less
