The director sagar does not know the different kind of technologies. Also not professional as he will be pinging or taking personal phone call during the interview. What if the same was done by a candidate? Straight rejection
In initial screening we will know about the interest of job applicant and we have to find out weather he is seriously looking for a change. And rest of that will have the Technical Questions in the next rounds.
Over all the interview process was good, They have come to know that i have an real time experience working with various clients as we were working with some common clients. So, that helped to a lot in the interview process.
I was working on a Manager's connect requirement which was kind of a Back Fill on an urgent basis, I went through my database and managed to fill the position but unfortunately the candidate didnt accept the offer (he said he had a full time opportunity from other client), we had only 3 days to fill that position and only I was responsible to fill that position, i never wanted to let it go from my hand and to be grabbed by other Vendors. I started reaching out to all my active candidates and asking them for reference on the same. I managed to get that done in just 2 days and finally I was able to close the position.
