Did you receive the call ? We had the similar process of interview and Hr informed us that they would call us in one weeks time to let's us the result of the interview. However it's been 3 weeks we haven't received any call. Could please let me know when was your interview take and when did u receive the call ? Less

I would first try to know what the violation is, and would talk to my colleague about the implications, and try to have the issue closed at the first step itself. in case the issue is not closed, i would then reach out to the team leader, and discuss the problem. based on the response, i would decide if i had to pursue the matter by escalation or let the TL handle it as per company policies.
