I explained where I had experience and asked how this was relevant to the role. They didn't give a clear answer so I asked what was driving the requirement for the role. They were a little hesitant about answering so I gave a list of possibilities and they agreed, though I then had to push them on which. You shouldn't have to be driving the client like this to tell you what they are looking for and why. Less

They asked me to go over my most recent relevant experience, and explain why I was looking to change job and was interested in this one. I finished the interview feeling that they were just going through the motions and didn't have any real interest. 3 weeks later I hadn't heard anything about the interview and assumed I had not been successful so I emailed the HR contact but haven't had a reply.
