My profile was selected by a consultancy and interview was fixed post CV shortlisting, 1rst round of interview with HR to understand your profile and give an overview of company profile. 2nd Round Was given 3 assignments, 1st to evaluate email writing, 2nd PPT presentation to evaluate your creativity in selling your product, 3rd mock call to understand your selling skills over the phone. 3rd round interview with Dept. Head, profile overview and previous KRAs and target discussions. 4th Round was with Main founder - amazing person very influential and charming (may or may not happen, but i went through this round before getting offer). If they like your Candidature they will give you an offer on the spot and quite a generous one, i accepted gladly and started my work the very same day by my own choice. Its a really nice place to work.
