Most people do a job because they've got bills to pay. I'm fine with 'what's your motivation to work for this specific company' kind of questions, but I would honestly keep the 'excitement' and 'passion' jargon to a minimum. Less

I felt pressured to opening up about my PTSD, as I felt that declining to talk about personal vulnerabilities would disadvantage me. I could tell the interviewers liked my answer, but if anything it made the whole thing worse. Less
