I don't have any precise position in my mind but to be at the place where I can put some impact and be beneficial for my organization, be productive and growing in the role I am working on.

a) Lack of Skilled Labor : The number of skilled labor available with any contractor ready to be deployed at any time is not constant. This will be effecting the rate at which the work is progressing causing poor service delivery in time and quality. b) Lack of Clarity in Payment Terms : The Contractor would be expecting an early payment in order to clear the Credit Balances he is having and the Client is not ready to pay till the work is attended to the fullest including the corrections of the Snag Lists etc. which would create a unfavorable situation between both the parties and the work gets effected. c) Change in the Quality of Material : Until and Unless closely monitored there is every possible chance that the quality of the material is changed at any stage of the Project execution which will end up in a Poorer Grade of Product at the end as different grades are available for every material used in Construction / Renovation.
