The interview process has 4 rounds: 1. Talk to the recruiter and the CTO 2. Technical interview with CTO and the principal SRE 3. Talk to the directors 4. Negotiate about compensation package The most positive thing of all rounds is the friendly and transparent atmosphere. All things are put on the table even if it is negative to be discussed. The technical interview is average, the interviewers know when to stop asking and when to dig further. As a startup, they try to build a very open and friendly environment for everyone and everyone knows everyone as in a family. Even though because of personal reasons I can't accept the offer. I would highly recommend taking a move there.
