    I have been working at Community Residences Inc. full-time (More than 5 years)


    Making a difference in the lives of others.


    Lack of respect and genuine apprecitation for employees. No regard for self care. Dictatorship management style. Underhanded ways of resolving issues. The claim of transparency is a marketing farce. Unable and unwilling to create trusting and collaborative relationships among the leaders. Lack of vision. Data is not true and manipulated to please upper management. Agency goals and objectives are therefore, not data driven. Always looking for the negatives.

    Advice to Management

    Treat employees with respect. Allow leaders to voice their opinions and collaborate on problem solving and goal-setting. Look for the positives. Most importantly- remove the dictator.
