We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and mapping out business processes, creating and maintaining detailed technical and project documents, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering and Business process mapping: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new projects or enhancements to existing processes. Document current business processes using tools such as flowcharts or diagrams to identify areas of inefficiency or duplication.
• Change Management: Assist in developing and implementing change management plans to ensure smooth transitions for process improvements or system implementations.
• Business technology enhancements: recommend and implement solutions utilizing technology to enhance existing processed and increase efficiency.
• Project Management: Assist with project management tasks, maintenance of project trackers, project document creation, stakeholder follow ups and project status reporting.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to business requirements, process flows, and system configurations.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements, provide updates, and facilitate decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, data analysis, and requirement elicitation.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate and Visio a plus.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards related to business analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Previous experience in application development projects would be an asset.
