Quality Associate II (AVP)
Job responsibilities:
- Manager of Managers, will lead the Quality COE in the India & PH Corp Centers.
- Responsible and accountable for day to day Quality COE Operations.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding on Quality Assurance methodologies, business processes/systems/policies, and display advanced problem-solving skills.
- Assess and revise sampling model based on business goals.
- Collaborate with business partners on effective dispute resolution/exception.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on finding solutions to control gaps with procedural changes.
- Handle all escalations, Identify and communicate risks as well as possible solutions.
- Responsible for compliance with all guidelines, Test and review all operating procedures quarterly.
- Own the controls and audits action plans and deliverables.
- Represent Quality COE on all meetings.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent job experience in the financial services industry, comprised of 5-8 years' experience in any of the following: Banking or Financial Services, Quality, Compliance, general and/or risk-based compliance or audit. Previous analytical experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have working knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Self-driven and motivated; ability to work with a high level of autonomy.
- Professionalism: ability to engage with leadership to articulate issues and recommendations.
- People manager with strong collaborative qualities and a positive demeanor.
- Able to effectively identify and present data-based analysis of the facts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, ALM, EPIC and JIRA
- Knowledge of VBA, SharePoint, ASC, Omni, Clarity, Confluence and Tableau is a plus
