As a Frontend Developer at Koch, you will be part of the team responsible for building out public facing websites using multiple front-end systems, including Sitefinity CMS and REACT.js. The ideal candidate has experience in .NET, JavaScript, Vue JS, HTML, CSS or AJAX as well as AI code development tools such as Cursor.ai, Windsurf, and Co-Pilot for Visual studio.

What You Will Do
As a Front-End Developer, your job is to collaborate with the business and IT stakeholders in the following ways:

Responsible and accountable for delivering best-in-class browser-based user experiences on multiple websites using Enterprise CMS tools or customer-built REACT.js platforms.
- Be willing to put yourself in the seat of the customer, bringing fresh ideas to the marketing team around best-in-class customer experience on marketing sites such as brawny.com and angelsoft.com.
- Must be strong at a nalyzing and resolving application bugs then understanding branch management to deploy to production.
- Support all phases of the project lifecycle from design, build, test and deploy.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating requirements into technical requirements and user stories for implementation.
- Provide guidance on front and back-end architecture design limitations during requirement planning sessions to ensure new components and templates are being designed within platform boundaries.
- Responsible for review and evaluation of all software and tools used across the IT and business teams to ensure all tools are following company security and compliance activities.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience working within a Marketing Tech Stack including marketing automation tools like Pardot or Iterable and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush or Screaming Frog.
- Experience developing websites using Content Manager Systems platforms such as Sitefinity CMS or Wordpress Full Site Editor.
- Experience designing, maintaining, and supporting SQL Server-based data solutions, including writing SQL code, automating processes with Python/PowerShell, and collaborating with DBAs to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
- Knowledgeable on SEO, GEO and ADA best practices and implementation of best practices.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to develop, review, and push code.
- Experience collaborating within a team on project execution, preferably in SCRUM methodology.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Firsthand experience using Cursor.ai, Windsurf, Code Rabbit, or Co-pilot for visual studio.
- Direct Experience using AI testing tools to review and fix front end facing code.
- Hands-on experience implementing technical SEO best practices including structured data (JSON-LD) with the ability to diagnose and resolve SEO issues
- Experience building accessible front-end experiences aligned to WCAG 2.1+ standards, including semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, and remediation of accessibility findings
- Proficiency in implementing and debugging analytics using dataLayer and event tracking
- Experience implementing consent and privacy solutions including cookie categorization, script blocking, and consent-based tag firing
