We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics and Operations Support Executive(Remote) to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in coordinating logistics activities, managing inventory, providing operational support, and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Operations Team by ensuring necessary resources are available and operational processes run smoothly.
- Coordinate with Vendors, transporters, and internal team to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor shipment schedules and track shipments to ensure they reach their destinations on time
- Address any delays or issues in the transportation process promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking information, delivery dates, and costs
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding shipments and delivery schedules
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and external partners to ensure a positive experience.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to operations and logistics activities, including shipping invoices, e-way bills, and customs documents
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry best practices, and implement necessary adjustments to processes and procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the logistics and operations functions
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments, including compliances, sales, and finance, to achieve common goals.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on objectives and tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is a plus
- Experience: 0-2 Yrs ( Freshers may also apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
