Job Description:

• Manage day-to-day production activities in the Metallizing, UV Spray, Assembly Line, and Production Process areas. Experience into Printing Foiling, lacquering.
• Handle shopfloor operations and supervise manpower to ensure smooth workflow and production continuity.
• Monitor assembly line activities to achieve daily production targets with optimum efficiency.
• Ensure proper coordination between production, assembly, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Troubleshoot production and process-related issues on the shopfloor.
• Allocate manpower effectively to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
• Train, motivate, and guide operators and unskilled laborers on production processes and SOPs.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and adherence to quality standards across the assembly line.
• Reduce overtime through proper planning and manpower utilization.
• Monitor quality at each stage of production and assembly.
• Conduct root cause analysis for rejection, rework, and process failures and implement corrective actions.
• Control wastage, improve yield, and optimize consumable usage.
• Ensure proper machine operating procedures and process parameters are followed.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance and breakdown handling.
• Monitor machine efficiency, energy consumption, and production output.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production process, assembly line efficiency, quality, and cost control.
