We are expanding our team and are looking for a Junior R&D Developer.

As this Internship requires on-site presence, we will exclusively consider applicants residing in Pondicherry .

Your Role

As a Junior R&D Developer, you will work closely with senior engineers and researchers to explore, design, and build innovative software and data-driven solutions.
This role offers hands-on exposure across the full research and development lifecycle — from idea exploration and prototyping to implementation, testing, and deployment of scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Researching and experimenting with new AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies
• Designing, developing, and integrating software components and APIs
• Implementing data processing, automation, and intelligent features in applications
• Assisting in model, algorithm, or system evaluation and optimization
• Deploying solutions and ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability
• Writing technical documentation and participating in testing and debugging
• Collaborating in team discussions, design reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Contributing innovative ideas to improve product quality and development workflows.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, Data Science, or related fields
• 0–2 years of experience (internships, academic, and personal projects accepted)
• Strong programming skills in Python (additional languages are a plus)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software fundamentals
• Familiarity with software development practices and backend concepts
• Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI/ML, Computer Vision, or Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with databases, APIs, or microservices
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Understanding of DevOps or MLOps basics
• Participation in hackathons, research projects, or tech competitions
