We are seeking a passionate and industry-experienced DevOps, AWS, and Azure Trainer who can deliver high-quality instructor-led training programs to fresh graduates and working professionals. The trainer will be responsible for curriculum delivery, hands-on labs, project mentoring, assessments, mock interviews, and ensuring student success through practical, industry-oriented learning.

The ideal candidate should have strong real-world implementation experience in DevOps, Cloud Platforms (AWS & Azure), CI/CD, Containerization, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Cloud Security.

Role Responsibilities :

1. Training Delivery

• Deliver live online and classroom training sessions.
• Conduct weekday, weekend, morning, or evening batches.
• Explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Maintain high learner engagement and participation.
• Complete assigned curriculum within planned timelines.

2. Hands-on Labs & Projects

• Conduct practical lab sessions.
• Guide students in building real-world projects.
• Design capstone projects aligned with industry standards.
• Ensure students gain deployment and troubleshooting experience.

3. Student Assessment & Progress Tracking

• Conduct weekly assessments.
• Evaluate assignments and projects.
• Monitor student performance.
• Identify weak students and provide improvement plans.
• Maintain training progress reports.

4. Content Development

• Update training materials regularly.
• Create lab manuals and assignments.
• Design new project scenarios.
• Contribute to course improvements and new program development.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-8 Year experience as DevOps, AWS, Azure trainer with excellent communication skills.
• Full-Time role.
• Prior training experience is mandatory.
• Must be excited to work with Ed-Tech company.
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
• Experience implementing DevOps and Cloud projects
• Should be approachable and student-friendly.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the organization.

Preferred Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
• Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate

Educational Qualification :

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science / IT or a related field.
