About the Role
As a Junior .NET Full Stack Developer at Propel, you will work closely with experienced engineers to design, build, and maintain modern web applications. This role is ideal for early-career developers who are eager to strengthen their technical foundation, gain hands-on project experience, and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using .NET Core, C#, and Angular.

Support the development and integration of RESTful APIs with frontend applications.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following established best practices.

Work with team members to understand requirements and implement technical solutions.

Perform basic database operations including queries and data updates using SQL.

Participate in debugging, testing, and fixing application issues.

Take part in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality.

Collaborate with global teams and adapt to US shift working schedules when required.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
0 to 2 years of experience or strong hands-on project/internship experience in .NET development.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of .NET Core, C#, and object-oriented programming concepts.
Familiarity with frontend technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Basic understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
Exposure to RESTful API development and integration.
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced development environment.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Willingness to work in US shift timings and follow a hybrid work model.
Preferred
Basic exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Awareness of microservices architecture concepts.
Familiarity with Entity Framework or ORM tools.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts.
