    What I’ll be doing – your accountabilities
    • Product/ capability Roadmap : Defining Managed Service Product Roadmap fully aligned and prioritised with Portfolio launches, new bids and Business transformation objectives.
    • Backlog Prioritisation : Generates prioritised backlog for engineering team from the capability roadmap optimising most value from technology platform for Business.
    • Works with the agile team and their end-to-end processes to create and agree Features to deliver Epics and prioritises these to achieve business objectives for specific Personas and Customer Journeys.
    • Launch of capabilities end to end enhancing managed service product as it moves through the typical stages of its product life: development and introduction, growth, maturity/stability.
    • Engage and Consult with PAN BT forums to design standardised reusable capabilities across all CFU and build on capability maturity enhancing managed service as a product.
    • Defining User Story definitions and acceptance criteria’s from the perspective of the end users to ensure the technology or functionality provide value to customers.
    • Define new service processes, work flows and ways of working for operational and business users.
    • Drive business change and adoption of new capabilities and technology working with operational leads.
    • Contribute passion and enthusiasm for the product/capability and customers. This means being a champion for the customers’ needs so that the teams are able and inspired to help.
    • Make sure the team is constantly doing the right thing, and has a healthy balance of innovation, reducing technical debt, optimising unit costs, and providing maintenance and support.
    • Measures success of managed service product performance and usage for customers/ users.
    • Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to define product requirements and bring in industry knowledge to define future roadmap of features/Capabilities.
    • Identifies and reports risks driving resolution and mitigation for the functional gaps to build and deliver the targeted service capabilities.

    • Must have experience -
    • Experience in ITSM and managed services
    • Experience on service Now Technology prefererd
    • Experience on BT Enterprise Tools and Systems preferred
    • Product domain knowledge in any of the following domains:
    • SD-WAN & related security features
    • Edge Solutions/Meraki Edge
    • CPE capabilties
    • Operator connect
    • Zoom
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Voice ( Inbound and Outbound
    • Experience as a hands on Product Owner preferred.
    • Experience with and knowledge of agile methodologies.
    • Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira/ Confluence.
