Role & responsibilities
1. Managing logistics for both sales and purchase, team coordination, supply chain, delivery status.
2. Coordinate with logistics partners,suppliers,clients & internal teams.
3. Data entry and update in CRM for the delivery status.
4. Prepare sales order, place internal orders to factories and warehouses.
5. Making packing list, delivery notes, packing details for customers.
6. Monitor and collect complete details during packing of shipments and make sure it is done properly without damaging possibility.
7. Make sure the packing and marking is done properly to avoid loss of shipments.
8. Import Export documentation, shipments
9. Coordinating with sales team for their monthly requirement

Preferred candidate profile
5+ years of experience in handling, import, or export logistics.
Knowledge of documentation, invoice, packing list, Eway bill, bill of entry, LUT, shipping bill, BL, AWBL, etc.
Excellent Communication skills with clients & internal team.
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
Very well proficient in MS Office & SAP
