    Call Center -Appointment Setter Duties and Responsibilities

    • Conduct outbound calls, SMS and emails to potential clients to introduce products or services, answer queries and schedule appointments.
    • Appointment Tracking: Monitor vendor appointments and follow-up to ensure attendance.
    • Engage in active and persuasive communication.
    • Qualify leads by gathering essential information.
    • Negotiate with vendors, obtain quotes and pass it to leads.
    • Collaborate closely with the delivery team to ensure seamless handoff of leads.
    • Follow up with leads and move them through the sales funnel.
    • Stay informed about various clients' services to effectively communicate to potential clients.

    Call Center - Appointment Setter Requirements and Qualifications

    • Fluent/Native English with a neutral accent. (very important)
    • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Development Representative, or a similar customer facing role.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, GHL) and other sales tools.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a strong work ethic
    • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies is a plus.
    • The candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to setting appointments.
    • Full-Time Availability: Commit to 40 hours per week, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST. (subject to minor changes)
