I have been working at Ørsted full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very friendly colleagues, which provides a supportive working environment. Lovely London office, with perks such a free hot lunch everyday, free gym membership, great pension and much more.

    Cons

A boys club, and lack of diversity in senior roles. It is also difficult to progress from support roles to specialist roles.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ørsted (London, England (UK)) in January 2016.

    Interview

The interview itself was very professional, and followed a standard format of them describing the role followed by asking questions. Friendly and polite staff.
The worst part was not hearing any feedback for an entire month. At this point I contacted them, and then got an email of rejection 2 days later.
