I have been working at AIG as an intern (Less than a year)
Ability to customize the intern experience to explore what you are interested in.
Not great with communication at times. Can be slightly disorganized when it comes to contacting the Interns.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at AIG (Charlotte, NC (US)) in February 2018.
Friendly interviewers. Met with several managers and answered behavioral questions. It began with a brief presentation by new hires followed by three one on one interviews. Each of these were concise but effective in that I got a feel for each of the people interviewing me. They didn't all ask the same questions so that was also helpful.
