Employees rate Woodland Hills 16.7% lower than the overall average
I have been working at AIG full-time
Basically best work life balance and its based on your team. Great Benefits, seriously good 401K, HSA contribution and good insurance plans
Too tough to get promoted and salary hike
Advice to Management
look at the individual's performance and appreciate with perks
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AIG (Woodland Hills, CA (US)) in June 2010.
Interview seemed very impersonal. Two other managers that I was scheduled to interview with turned out to be not available at the last minute. I was not able to get a good feel for the office culture, exact tasks, etc. Most of the questions were the usual interview questions, such as "where do you see yourself in 5 years", etc.
