I have been working at AXA full-time (More than a year)
Work environment, opportunities to develop and grow,
Developing relationships outside of work
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at AXA (Brussels (Belgium)) in April 2018.
Very traditional, not very challenging. Easy to pass if you prepare. You first complete a personality test online. The following step is a telephone interview (with HR) where you get questions based on the personality test and some general information regarding your motivation etc. The third step is a business case, which is prepared by Hudson. The case is quiet easy and does not require advanced analytical skills. Once you pass, there is a final presentation about the future of AXA. If you are well-prepared, the chances of passing are very high.
