    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Accelerated Growth (Chicago, IL (US)) in January 2021.

    Interview

    Very smooth process!
Round 1 (R1): HR call to understand fit. Very conversational and she was very friendly.
R2: Call with Leadership, again very friendly and easy to talk to. It was supposed to be a 30 min call but we spoke for over 45 mins! Mostly just things from my Resume.
R3: Excel test for 30 mins. Moderate difficulty, time pressure was more.
R4: 24 hour case study test. The presentation was with leadership and sr. analysts. Slightly intimidating, but they made me feel pretty comfortable in the process. Since I enjoy visualisations, I enjoyed the assessment.

Received an offer the next day. Overall it took about 3 weeks.
