    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anglian Water (Peterborough, England (UK)) in September 2018.

    Interview

I attended an interview at this organisation for a project manager role. It was very disappointing and I found the organisation to be a Façade.
One of my interviewers did not quite understand the concept for contract arrangements. The panel assumed naively that it was simple to change a long-term contract with legal implications not quite actively including delivery partners in an accommodating way. In my opinion, they did not quite understand achieving commercial outcomes using drivers that influence private/third party organisations, to leverage or negate contract arrangements.
They clearly in my opinion, cannot see the Big Picture, Confidently Engaging with Stakeholders or Empowering to deliver Results.
It was one of my worst interviews, very partial and meretricious especially during the team activity. It was as if I was in a reprimand with no inclusiveness or collaboration. In retrospect I wished I had not attended.
