    Pros

Atkins is a great company. Benefits are good, management is good, people are treated fairly and rewarded for hard work.

    Cons

I cannot think of many cons related to this company, I only left due to the office's location not being in an area convenient for me to commute to.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing, you have a great company with great people!

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Atkins (Beltsville, MD (US)) in February 2011.

    Interview

This was a very quick interview where I was described the process of completing a LOMA and my skills we're weighed against what would be required of me. We went over my schooling and what type of projects we're completed in school.
