    Pros

    1. Good Working Environment.
    2. Good scope to learn new technologies.

    Cons

Salary is less. Very less chance to get chance to apply for I-140 or GC application.

    Advice to Management

Run with Market need. Not with management need.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Atos-Syntel (Nashville, TN (US)) in January 2018.

    Interview

The recruiter emailed without addressing your name on the name to schedule a phone interview. Recruiter didn’t call on the scheduled date and time or didn’t even email if something had came up. I emailed back and scheduled another day for the phone interview. Next step was to take an assessment test. Even though I performed bad on the test, they selected me for a next round ( looks fishy). They are looking for people who can work like a machine with less benefits and less pay rate.
