Pros

I loved working at the plant I was. Everyone was really nice and the few interns there were were treated like full time, with the same trust and responsibilities.
Management was great from my direct manager all the way to the plant manager. I felt comfortable working with managers from all over and at all levels. I really got involved in a lot of projects, a lot of which I lead individually.

Advice to Management

Have a few more project ideas prepared so you can maximize your interns and we can learn even more
