    Pros

You can achieve life and work balance, but there will be times where the job is demanding.

    Cons

Some people (legacy Bard most of the time) do not take ownership of their responsibilities and that delays changes. There's no accountability for them and that should change.

    Quality Engineer - CAPA Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at BD (San Diego, CA (US)).

    Interview

I thought everybody was nice and they all seemed excited about me and my interview. Then I didn’t hear anything back...ever. The HR and manager never talked to me again. I knew right away that the lack of adequate communication was going to be a turn off for me at this company. I’ve read other reviews that say the same thing about this company, so essentially they’re just in the habit of ghosting people - yikes! I don’t think that ever became acceptable for an HR person (or anybody) to do.
